In his career as a C-level executive at retail powerhouses ranging from NY & Co. to Structure to Old Navy and Gap, he created conditions that empowered others to succeed.
Known for his charisma, presence and wisdom, he has cultivated a loyal following of top talent who look to him for inspiration and motivation. His own five adult children have gone on to become reknowned business leaders and successful founders themselves.
